This branch has one of the worse centerpoint cashiers. Slow!!! Doesnt matter when you visit them you're always going to spend atleast 20-60 minutes in the queue. Also occasionally the cashiers just leave even tho there's a huge que waiting to be served. Out of the 10 counters only 3 are active one of the 3 is only for exchanging. No social distancing measures are being followed in queues and they dont always check your temperature at the entrance. The clothing collection is 'OK'. the prices are somewhat expensive for the quality you're getting, there are better options out there. During the sale times expect trashed racks and what not.

Quality is average considering the price of items. My experience at this store was bad. No shop floor staff was available in baby and kids section for any assistance, and also the floor supervisor didn't pay any attention to it and was rude. Very bad customer service.

Pathetic service at cash out point. Cashiers doesn't care if there is queue. He leaves whenever he wants and keep everyone waiting. For prayer times there is no procedure for break. Cashier can leave as per his desire without informing the customers waiting since long in the queue. Worst service at the POS.

Worst customer service, limited options and no option of returning via cash. Extremely unhelpful local staff.
