Their customer service is extremely poor. I bought from their app and I ordered 4 items, 2/4 were out of stock so they didn’t send them to me but they still charged me the full price and I emailed them several times over the course of 2 months and their responses were absolutely pathetic and they lied numerous times. I still haven’t gotten my money and I don’t think I will so they basically got away with it, all because they’re a big company, this is corporate crime. PERIOD.
