Horrible, Worse, terrible, miserable and insincere service. We were due to recieve a package. We got a whatz app msg asking for location. We gave and asked the delivery guy what time will he be likely coming to deliver. No answer. He did not bother to give us a time frame within which he will come. Generally DHL, home box, amazon tell us that they will come in say 1hr or around certain time. He came to our location and called us at around 1230pm Friday. We missed the call but in 5 mins we saw and called back. He said we missed it n he won't deliver. What if the person is not at home? Ppl don't walk around with phones glued to there hands. You need to fix or atleast have the courtesy to arrange a time with your clients. My question is why could he not give an approximate time reg. the visit to our place to deliver? Very immature n inappropriate behavior. ITS COVID TIME. Its Unnecessary travel n exposure to aramex office. Health ministry of Saudi Arabia n health care workers are taking so much of efforts to curb the spread of infection. And these guys here are so pathetic n foolish. They are not complying to the rules and not doing there duty properly. They are only creating unnecessary problems for customers. Online shopping is preferred by us so that we avoid unwanted exposure to Corona virus. However ARAMEX IS INSENSITIVE to this issue and failed to work in a manner that is expected. SHAME ON YOU ARAMEX. Star rating for Aramex really? Got to be kidding. The one star is just to write this post or else it's not letting me post. ZERO STARS - YOU ARE NOT WORTH.

Not good services since before nothing change.now ill put in the app the schedule to deliver my Package but they did not deliver it to my address. And they said in the app Contact details required ftom costumer despite that they already have my conyact number. It happens many times everytime a purchase only i put it to deliver in my address but they text to pick up the package.

Very bad service!!!!! Drivers not answering my calls 11 days already and I didn’t receive my shipment from Riyadh to Abha 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
