I needed a new debit card and the employees were quick and efficient in getting this done. It’s location is easy to get to, the building is new and clean, and there is plenty of parking. They do not provide currency exchange.

Unfortunately; for changing my wrong registered Mobile No; It took 3 working days! Staff was not experienced enough for the phone service (customer service) or even for the domestic bank ; in the other hand thier application is wonderful.

One of the worst banks, especially when the employee deals with the customer, especially their dealings with women. There is an internal memo or email asking women clients to uncover the face so they can confirm its identity! After making sure that their words came out incorrectly, the governorate of Abha and Khamis Mushait are exempt from this request! Some employees took advantage of this for improper personal goals. I do not know where the management of this bank is from technical developments, especially with regard to proof of identity, there is an electronic agency, there are vital characteristics, there is an electronic signature that confirms the identity of the customer (women).

For an alternative card issued by the cashier we waited an hour !! , But there is only one employee to issue for all customers !? Make self-service devices like other banks to avoid wasting customers' time ...
