The worst branch of Al-Rajhi branches underestimated the workers in a disgusting manner. I have a worker who went to this branch the first day for the purpose of transferring to his country in India after waiting for a period exceeding two hours, he was unable to implement the transfer. The foreigner came to the branch on the second day because I did not believe the worker that such behavior could occur in the most important bank in Saudi Arabia and I was in the process of submitting a complaint to the branch manager.
