They are not polite. Rude behaviour. Not at all ready to hear from the customer. Horrible service. Especially the expat working there is horrible.

For Nissan cars they purposefully force you to go for Nissan services. Not changing my cabin filters for almost 4 services. After my engine flush service technicians said milage will reduce which means there is no care or knowledge about the vehicle? It is really hard to go with petromi.....

Very bad in terms of spare parts cost like battery, oil and wipers. The battery which is easily available in market at 190 SAR they are selling it at 245 SAR, original toyota oil for 10000 km is 205 in toyota service center and at petromin they are doing at 160 SAR for 5000 km only.
