Great quit hotel.. Clean and modern.. Close to attraction areas.. Nice tasty restaurants with different types of food. Recommend with love .. Thanks 😊

I was looking for a great vacation for my family so I saw their fancy pictures and decided to go for it. spent 1400 SAR for a two beds suit! Unfortunately the room wasn't look like a 5 star hotel at all compare to price. Reception is so busy All day which turns them to be rushy and not that helpful. Swimming pool is extremely full of kids and smells. Basically I’ll never visit even if the price dropped to be 500. There are four star hotels around the city that do better and more professional.

After very long work day the only miss you expected to spend more than one hour just for chick in, the reception was very very slow he take around 30 min with each customer , only one reception man for five star hotel this is a shock, I had visit this hotel more than 10 times and each time it became worst , as i know they have new management team but unfortunately each time the scenario is sally .
