The salesman wan not friendly! However, the showroom manager was a good in explaining the features of the car. But, the disaster is that there is no test drive !!!!!

Got a call from the cashier that the car is arrived (CX-9) , the car was not shiny and it looks like someone is using it before. Obviously I refused to take the car . Told him to order a NEW ONE . He replied thats totally fine but its gonna take a week or longer . Said it is OK . After a week he called me agian to inspect the car. Here is the funny thing ,I doubled checked both papers the old one and the new one they both have the same serial number. He was obviously dishonest and do not know how to deal with customer professionally .he knew that I caught him. And then he turned his back and said give me all your reciept and get your money back !!! . Worst service ever

No cars displayed in the show room. No mechanism /system to reserve a vehicle. Full payment is the only method to reserve and buy the vehicle.
