I had the worst experience shopping there yesterday. I bought about 20 pieces of clothing last night, and I didn’t want to keep about 4 pieces so I asked the cashier not to ring them up. She told me that I don’t want the pieces that I have to go back to the store and put them back where I found them! I was so confused...but some how I did it. I went back and put the items away. Then I came back to the register to finish my shopping. Again I picked up 1 wrong item and told her I will not be taking it. She told me to go back again and put it back where I found it 😳😳😳😳 After spending close to the 1000sr at this store I was told to put things back as if I work there!! Such bad customer service

Nice shop experience, 2 branches in Almadina , one in Alrashid mall the other in Alalia mall , I preferred Alalia mall branch , its more organized , well designed , Good price during sales

Nice clothes but high prices, no return policy if an item is on sell, employees were really bad and had a bad behavior towards customers. Two stars is too much to be honest

I was going to visit your store today but it turned out that they ban singles from visiting the mall on Fridays and Saturdays. What a rubbish mall.
