It was the worst experience in my life with KFC, I came to Medina at 9-May 2019 (Ramadan) and ordered from my hotel. They didn't come on time, the customer service was unprofessional. After I cancelled the order they insisted that I wait more (more than 3 hours waiting after my Iftar that day) and the food came uncooked (hot on the outside, raw on the inside) and tasted awful. They gave me a really hard time. Wouldn't recommend a bit. No more KFC for me.

vey bad taste the african cashier was very unprofessional paid a lot extra than usual and when i asked for cancelling the order he was just laughing and keeps laughing very unproffesional and not appropiate for a muslim. after helping other customers he let me wait on purpose and than returned me the money.
