Very responsive stuff , great atmosphere, excellent service... must come again..
Location is nice, but the staff and maintenance is very bad !!!
Nice love this place
The food and coffee court is very bad and very expensive, the cleaning services guy is very rude and have never been seen like this , the rooms is clean , but the TV is not working properly and when we had to ask for help they took time to answer , the reception service is very good . The location is not good very far from any other restaurants and coffee shops . Well never go back there don’t bother not worth it. Except if you take all your needs with you
Booked 2 bed chalet over the phone. Surprisingly haven't taken any card details or email for booking confirmation.
Before travelling called again and confirm our booking including room rate.
Upon arrival at the hotel reception they found my booking record but asking for higher rate with utmost surprise!
A Egyptian Manager named "Salah" most likely wanted to show off to his boss that he can get money whatever illegal way possible.
I never seen any rude behave person working in any hotel . He just mentioned , " you dont have written confirmation so I am not obliged to give your booking rate. So take or leave it" as he knew that I drove long way with family and have no choice!
Next day morning when I met the reception lady who booked my room, said the Salah just wanted higher rate so he took chance to cheat me!
Hotel facility?
Awful!
No towel, no toilet tissue .
All furniture are broken.
Filthy pillow and bedsheet.
Saudi Arabia needs to get rid of these hotel stuff or send concentration camp for better training before opening up facilities for tourists.
I WILL NEVER COME AND WILL RECOMMEND ANYONE NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!
