This is a local company so they are not exactly tourist friendly, you will realize his from the time you place your reservation. On location, the manager doesn't speak much English, but he really tried. Our car was a problem - the brake pads were worn and it made a screeching sound - the car was extremely dusty inside, we ate some dust when we turned the fan on - the windshield wiper had no water - the car had dents all over, although this wasn't really an issue to us. Don't forget, your rental comes with only 200km/ day limit, so be ready for a surcharge if you plan to travel far. The business ethics seems fair, no monkey business - which I appreciate a lot. I would use them again, but they wouldn't be my first choice.
