Following require drastic changes to improve... Customer service Online and phone banking Iqama online update Speed Cash branches very limited and require separate iqama update at branch only New account opening is extremely difficult Iqama Annual update is complicated almost like opening a new account

The credit card and personal finance section is the worst. Everytime you meet the guy, he tells call Samba phone and speak to the customer agent. The guy does not know what customers are asking. Apart from that customer service counters are very friendly, helpful and technically knowledgeable.

The person dealing with new account openings are absolutely bad. They don't respect and care. I won't ever go Samba again. It's next to nothing but bunch of idiots trying to fool and degrade expatriates. Deserves zero stars...
