Worst experience, hospital insurance department do not cooperate, rude behavior and don’t try to understand what your trying to tell them. When you try to ask them for information regarding procedures or what to do, they give blunt responses with an irritated attitude. They do not convey the information in entirety rather they expect the individual to know all.
