Excellent place! Very cozy and comfortable but over priced

I booked a room for two persons in the lowest category, the accommodation is very excellent, new and clean compared to the rest of the residences in Yanbu and it is considered one of the best and most affordable of them, and I put a 4-star rating for a reason that I will mention at the end of the comment. Start with the positives: - 1- The reception staff are respectful, kind, and helpful, all of them men and daughters, may God give them health. 2- New, clean building, nice decorations, spacious and comfortable room. 3- The hotel's location is appropriate and strategic, linking the most important streets, and next to it all services. 4- Positions are enough for everyone The negatives that you have faced, and I hope the administration will pay attention to them in order to succeed better: - 1- The room was not ready as soon as I arrived to live, knowing that I arrived at 4 pm, and I contacted the hotel in advance and informed them of my arrival time, but the room was not ready and they took time to prepare and sat for about half an hour waiting. 2- The presence of some mosquitoes in the room (perhaps the reason was the people who lived in it before me opened the window) 3- There is no breakfast Information: - Housekeeping service is only available after calling the reception

A beautiful, clean, comfortable, and quiet hotel, well maintained for classes, and close to restaurants and cafes.

Excellent accommodation in terms of cleanliness and luxury Apartments and suites of a high standard and considered the best in Yanbu Excellent location, comfort and tranquility, close proximity to everything you need Luxurious decoration, completeness and quality of the apartment contents Comfortable bed and nice furniture It is true the price is very high but it is considered the best and cleanest place to stay in Yanbu
