Without hesitation, worst hospital I have ever been to
I guess it really depends on the personality of the doctor treating you. You will find the odd incompetent, dismissive doctor that thinks you're a joke (unfortunately not a lot seem to actually care) and you'll find them in all hospitals but the good ones make a world of difference. I was taken to the ER and then admitted for observation. The care was wonderful, much better than any I've recieved in any of the others I've been to. My doctors are wonderful people and may Allah bless them!
You'd find some fine collections of physicians but the management is poor. 3rd visit for me and I have to run around receptions to find a receptionist. They disappear during prayers time for more than 30 mins.
The Reception Supervisor Was Extremely Rude And Disrespectful. He Does Not Know How To Communicate Gently. He Does Not Like To Take Complaints And Does Not Want To Hear Anything.
Communication is awful. No one picks up the phone and some doctors refuse to talk to their patients via phone. It seems like their first priority is to collect money. But once you pay all your bills, no one will give you the care you deserve. I kept trying calling my doctor one week after my initial visit to ask about my lab results— she refused to pick up the phone and all my tries during three days failed.
