Actually, I’m currently staying in the hotel. I reserved for 37 nights, so I have 36 nights remaining. To be honest, it was not like what I excepted. It is not really clean and slow customer service. Floor and carpet are not good and clean at all . TV is not working since I come. It should not be 5 star hotel. I locked for 5 star because i need something neat and comfortable. I’m really disappointed, I visited Marriott in USA and Riyadh but it was not like this . I don’t what to say.

Great Hotel... Very professional and friendly staff. Excellent guest services exceeded the expectations... Will definitely looking forward to stay future and recommend friends and family 🙂💕

There’re so many bad catches at this hotel but for the value for money i would say it will score 5 out of 5 definitely. What i like most is their underground parking even though is limited. and the hotel location perfect. it’s located out of the crowded area in very neat and lovely neighborhood

It's perfect! There is only one issue with telecoms networking. .it's rather poor. It makes connection with outside world challenging!

I loved this place since the hygiene and coziness was amazing like a mansion! Beautiful lighting and amazing air conditioning...Room was clean and very beatiful
