Given the pandemic, it is understandable that there will be issues with restocking inventory. However, there is no reason why their computerized inventory system is not up to date on what their inventory is. Twice, I paid for an item which I was told was available, but when I went to pick it up (1 hr 10 min the first time, 30 min. wait the second time) the item was out of stock. They suggested I go up back up to the showroom a third time and try again. Both times, you wait in the exchange & return line for another long period of time to get your money back. Even 10 months ago I bought a defective item that needed to be exchanged. Whoever is managing logistics at the store is doing a poor job.

Every thing is in his place but I want to make the helpers more smart like I ordered some one to give me magnetic for knife he give non magnetic I really want to solve this proplem

Excellent furniture very bad and not responsible staff very bad experience in buying and delivering nobody to complain to and online customer service is also the worst so no other than Allah to complain to ....

IKEA is a must visit furniture center for me and many other families. I regularly visit this giant place and buy something that is needed wither for living room, bedroom, kitchen or guest room. Very well organized and always have something new. Prices are mostly handy.I do not recommend weekend visits as queues are quickly build ups at parking lots or cashier points. Social distancing is mostly not respected in crowded areas. I do not recommend it for elderly these days.

When i check the product online the website says it's available in my selected branch, when in fact it's still not available, and it's all ready too late, I've been in the store a couple of times, and then i was informed that the website isn't connect to the branches for some reason, my suggestion is don't tell the customers if it's available or not on the website, just let us check with the branch, it's better than giving us a false hope that it's availabe, I hope you fix the issue.
