Worst online shopping experience ever. I haven't yet received my order from June. There is no proper customer service or support. Everytime i finally get hold of them, they provide fake promises and fake delivery updates.

I have been a customer for Alruqaib for a while now, but unfortunately they have disappointed me with a weak customer service as well as delivery. After several follow ups and waiting for almost 2 months I finally received a damaged item which they collected back on the same day and I never heard back from them! To be honest I will never purchase from them again or recommend them to anyone.
