Good Store, it's like Extra Store, cover a lot of brand and categories. but last time I did not find some items in the prince sultan branch and the stuff inform me that they are closing the branch soon..
Prices are good if you compare with others but needs more attention for customer care.
Their furniture and utensils are beautiful, but the problem is that they do not have good behavior with customers, for example packing breakable pots and wrapping them for you in bags. They don’t have paper for packaging that keeps it from being broken, like most high-end stores. And when I returned to them the masterpiece with the drivers, they refused to give an alternative, on the pretext that it came out of their own right !!!! It acted, unfortunately, offends them. What mattered to me, I buy a second, but if this is their method, I refuse to deal with them again. When we return the broken thing to them immediately, they replace it.
Of the beautiful exhibitions, which include home furniture, accessories, roses and candles, but their prices are high at the time of discounts. They have beautiful things. Thank you with greetings and the honorable response.
Delivery two weeks after you buy and installation after delivery you are your luck, and it is assumed that is included in the price, the worker will ask you for money for the installation
