Very nice hotel in KAUST campus. The rooms are large, with a hall to work or rest, the bathroom and the actual room. Wifi works well. Breakfast in the third floor is complete, with large variety of fruits, warm options, pastry, etc. It is at walking distance of the university buildings. My room had very nice views to the mosque.

Great small hotel inside KAUST

The hotel is well located in KAUST and close to many facilities. The rooms were spacious and the well equipped. The only thing I didn't like much was the shower - the water flow is weak and the water takes a few minutes to get hot, which is a big waste.

Nice place. Big rooms and cozy. Two things needs to be fixed, there's a sound produced due to the fridge's vibration so I just unplugged it. The other issue was that you could hear the water moving through the pipes when you open the bathroom.
