It's an fortunate to learn that you people have started to behave like the way enjaz is that Friday you are closing, yet I remember that's how you gain business by opening Friday's. Indeed Friday's are the day that's easy for most of the people to access the banks compared to working days due to their busy schedules. Change this please or else do your research & you will notice you are loosing clients.

Not good in service the cashier did not entertain me yesterday about the beneficiary if name are complete or not ,, now i have problem the money i send cannot receive because of his mistake,. I need to go back there tommorow at thier bank because of this big problem ,, Pls be aware to your costumer Ersal staff .
