Very bad service i went to collect an item reached 8:54 am and i recieved item at 12:45 pm staff very lazy only 2 counter and one of them so lazy he was not at seat for more than 1hour 45 minutes and each customer randomly took 15 min to recieve item only it was not like that before and previously to save time my items used to come also through electric box with password to mobile but now its addition 15 riyal and also system was unable to link it after opening ticket also very bad service i was standing in sun for 2 hours just for my number !!!!
