The prices are a little high, but as I am a GENIUS customer at BOOKING, my reservation has been upgraded and is 50% less.
Opposite it is a commercial complex that includes a petrol station, Benshar, an ATM.
The apartments are fully furnished.
* I suggest to the owner of the resort to dress the lounge sessions with ready-made fabrics and on sofa sizes to protect the sessions from dust and keep them from getting dirty.
* The floors are clean and smell good, even the bottom of the sofas and the beds are clean
The sofa is very clean, free of stains and smells good
* The beds are comfortable, the mattresses are clean, and it is preferable to put a layer of protection for the mattress, not just a sheet
* The refrigerator is clean and smells good
* There is a small box of hand sanitizer for each unit

The problem with maintenance: There are many faults that need maintenance
