I was very anxious when I read a whole lot of negative threads about this place. I was wondering if i am going to get my work done. I accept there were small hitches like parking was bit tricky and lanes narrow. However once you enter inside the building the security guides you to the floor that you need to go and the work is done at a decent pace. Since I was an expat I was given a hand written birth certificate. I must tell you the person who dealt with my work is a gentleman. He was very polite, calm, sincere and meticulous in his work. Keep all documents in right order and things should work fine. If you are an expat don't forget to take your marriage certificate for child's birth certificate. I am not sure if it's mandatory but can save you a trip. All the best👍

The place is never suitable, no parking, cramped and crowded The services are excellent and the delivery is fast
