Pethatic behaviour, their official closing time is 1830 hours but at 1715 they say come tomorrow in the morning. How come that is office time how can one visit at that time. Then staff doesn't have logic. I travelled from one part of the city to this place but staff refused to entertain, pity. Wastage of time. For small stuff waisted my time but all in vain. Tried to convince the staff that still over an hour is left in closing but fellow was stubborn "come tomorrow". Utterly bad experience.....
