Excellent service and very friendly staff. Very simple pick up and drop off. Slightly slow if it is your first time because they have to create an account.

courteous reception. Had new car but it was not cleaned well! Got parking ticket, was there for only less than 5 minutes, as there were no designated space to drop-off their rented car and had to pay it out of my own pocket. so, beware of that in that office location.

Brought back the rental car and no one is here to accept it been waiting for over an hour and the employee sho showed up said we can’t leave the car with him that we have to wait for his boss. We have been waiting on his boss for an hour as well. I believe that this branch should get a new manager of this is the type of customer service they offer.
