The hotel is very nice, clean and tidy, but my stay there was not pleasant for the following reasons 1- We stayed for two days, and after we left on the first day, we asked to clean the rooms, and when we came back at night, we met them as they were, no cleaning, changing towels, and no supply of toiletries, may God honor you. 2- During our departure on the first day, one of the children dropped from his hand a bag containing personal items in one of the hotel lobbies and upon returning we asked them about it, and we did not find an answer if they found it or not. It was not crowded, I mean sure no one took it from the inmates. 3- Ten minutes before we left on the second day at 2 pm, they turned off the electricity on us and left the hotel in complete darkness, under the pretext that our time had ended even though it had not come at 2 o'clock completely, even if it came from the guest’s taste and respect for the guest not to cut off the electricity.

The reception is very good in terms of good handling Room cleanliness is very excellent From the latter a very excellent hotel My notes ...... I hope you change the pillows It's okay, but I hope for a better quality and comfortable pillow Price is for Shoy Zayed room and hall .... In the end, the hotel has no major flaws, so I would rate the hotel unfairly

Lovely hotel, excellent cleanliness Excellent reception Parking is available Notes Pillow type Its price is expensive compared to other hotels The bathroom door is a zipper. If I close the door, the sprinkler is exposed. I hope to replace it with a sliding door
