It's good place to stay specially they just opened few months ago, still not even finished for the final steps. The location in Khamis but its between Abha and Khamis. The area still new. The reception team were very nice welcoming and friendly, they supported me to make booking for 1 additional room for my friend. The breakfast is not totaly bad, but during COVID the food should be packed and covered and they should use pre-portioned food but here they bring everything open except the honey drops and jam. They keep serving the breakfast without fork, knife or even spoon. (How someone will eat the cornflakes 😅) so i don't recommend the breakfast here. I get room #204 it was nice big but the bathroom was very small. My friend took room #211it was smaller than my room for the bedroom and living room but the bathroom was big. Room service labors not well trained in terms of hygiene, they clean the room and they prepare it very well. It was nice to stay here for few days.

nice breakfast and rooms all this place is clean and comfortable to stay and the sign and extoriors looks great

- My reservation was a senator studio suite from Bucking, rate 255 per night excluding taxes and fees - The hotel is new and clean - The room is spacious, the bathroom without bathtub - There is a kettle, iron and refrigerator The room is cleaned daily, towels are changed, and tissues, water and soap are provided daily There is lighting in the bathroom mirror The air conditioning is excellent Breakfast price is 35 riyals per person, but I did not try it - The hotel does not prohibit smoking in the rooms and does not separate the rooms of smokers from those of non-smokers, so if a smoker is found, you will receive the smell of smoke! I complained and they scented the corridors - Some parts of the hotel have no network or internet - The insulation inside the rooms is excellent, but the window side is not insulated, so the street sounds reach the room, and also those who are outside the room hear the sounds inside the room clearly!

The advantages: The reception is from all the workers, especially the young Saudis, may God grant them success. The hotel’s location is close to the street of restaurants and cafes, cleanliness, calm, furniture, decoration and designs, all kinds of service. The disadvantages: the bed says, "Nayem on a hill," passed it, "No, the smell of the toilets is annoying, a slight lack of parking, breakfast the same items are repeated, the television has limited channels." Room type Diplomas Executive Suite 😅

Beautiful in the sense of the word, characterized by good residence and calm, far from the noise of public places, excellent treatment of workers. I thank Brother Muhammad and Ryan Al-Qahtani for the good reception and treatment of them, and we wish them the best and success
