Unfortunately, I made the reservation through the reservation application and I received the confirmation of the reservation, and upon my arrival at one o'clock, I asked the receptionist to see the suite before booking and refused until the time for admission comes at 2 !! And when I came at three in the afternoon, the employee stated that I was late for the entrance date and was booked for another guest, and I will be transferred to other distant apartments with a lower quality level but at the same price of their reservation !!!! When I searched for the other hotel in the application, I noticed that the price was lower, the location was far, clean and the room division did not suit me. Forcing me to cancel the reservation. Unfortunately the experience was very poor and not satisfactory at all, knowing that I was excited because of their high evaluation in Google Maps and the app. Thank you for wasting my time and the time of my family, and thank the receptionist (unfortunately a Saudi and a son of my country) for the bad handling that I had.

The place is nice and tidy, the staff is classy [needs some hygiene for the sleeping family] and the prices are acceptable compared to the competitors
