Great brand but the worst tailoring and customer services. I purchased four blazer jackets from MD online store and I had to travel to Massimo Dutti Dhahran mall for the tailoring services (shorten sleeve and adjust waist). When I came back to collect my blazers, I found that the tailor has ruined the four of them. So disappointing customer service, no help and no solution was made from the management.

1 of my favorite brand, but the employee does not know how to provide a costumer service experience at all, especially when u are buying a high quality of items with an expensive price you can expect a help from them while searching for what u need. My experience was very bad, it started when i entered to buy a new suite and no one was willing to assist so i had to find the sizes myself. The best part that they closed all the fitting room for the day. I had to argue with the employee so he opened a fitting room to try the clothes.

As a regular customer of MassimoDutti I can say this: go to their branch in Bahrain City Center, don't go to Dahran Mall. Why ? There's no issue with the quality of the brand, great designs and fabrics.anyon can tell you're wearing a higher end brand. The issue here is with the kind of customer service and help you get. In Bahrain, their sails persons will greet you once you enter, offer help and suggestions, show you their collection, wait for you outside the fitting room to see if you need anything and take your measurements if any alterations are needs, run to get you something else to try. Their shop manager is one hell of a professional. He's there for you. On the opposite side in Dahran Mall, you are neglected, no one will look at you, you will need to look for everything on your own, if you're in the fitting room and need someone to help or take you measurements good luck finding anyone. Imagine your self running bare footed looking for someone. Plus one last thing, the collection in Bahrain is much bigger as they usually show the current and past seasons. While in Dahran it feels much limited.
