Great environment, relaxing but the atmosphere is unpleasant

This is my Second time to this Hotel. One of the best Hotel in Khobar, we absolutely enjoyed our first stay in Mid June and rated 10/10 on Booking.com this time again from room, room service, food, facilities, staff friendliness this place is extra ordinary but we suffer big time and waited for more than hour to get the room even tough we arrived post 3pm. The reception experience was not good and even after making full deposit was basically left alone to wait for room to be ready in small waiting area with Wife and 4 kids. Eventually Guest relationship manager interfered and she helped in getting room. It deserve 5 star but that isolated incident took 1 off. I am confident they can add a bit of hospitality in their reception staff to justify the excellent quality of service they offer. They must pride themselves to be the best in Business and ensure they avoid such incident specially with Loyal and returning customers.

Indian nights - theme dinner Mondays only Premium and rich ambiance blooms the feeling of dining here. With varieties of delicacies ranging from starters to Desserts, this is one place to experience.

Beautiful facility, nicely decorated. Several restaurants on site. The spa and pool area is incredible.
