I have same exact complaint last 3 months and 3 years ago. I have never requested my shipment to be collected your showroom (don't requested consignee pick) and your driver left the shipment deliberately for has convenient. I paid for door to door service and there is no excuse. 😞

Theres no communication between the client and the agent they just sent sms saying your shimpent will be delivered by the end of the day and no one come and no one call. Changed to receiving from the point it self and went next day they tolled it is already with the courier man.
