Good service. No need to come early in the morning to take a number. Cost for renewing contract is 400 Riyal. It takes two weeks to be completed.

There is different between renew contract and passport, if you are looking for renewed the contract you need to attend early in the morning @7:00AM to get the waiting number or Q number, if u r looking for renewed passport plz get it online appointment.

The services offered by POLO ERO are great. People sharing their bad experiences from that office are the results of they themselves are not organized, like some people asking an assistance for the approval of their papers which are incomplete and inconsistent with the requirements, of course they will get rejections, but so far for me I am getting the exact services POLO are offering...Please note that POLO ERO is in service for the 50000 Filipinos in Eastern Province, so please do not expect that they can give you the services on time and right away as you need it...
