Good option to stay in Buraidah / Al Qassim. Hotel has excellent huge lobby with nice Cafe and a restaurant. Spacious, clean rooms and friendly staff. 30 minutes from airport. The food has good taste. Reasonable prices always. Sometimes have very good deals.

Excellent hotel in a quiet location. The staff are well trained and professional as well as helpful when needed. What's most important to me is location, cleanliness and price especially after being in a 12 hour road trip.

I took 3 nights in the hotel the service was excellent and the employee were in very intelligent. I remember one employee his name was Abduljaleel he was very flexible with customer. Thanks again to every one in the holey from the big boss to the tomboy. Abdullah Alrashedi

Acceptable hotel, the rooms need lots of mentnice, wear and tear are all over the place it's my second time staying in this hotel with similar problems, room dining is not acceptable,in both of my visits the refrigerators are not working, plus the water heaters! For some reason, the people working there are nice and helpful they upgraded my room in both of my stays due to obvious reasons, to honest it's not worth it when u can spen much less money on other hotels with way much batter rooms, and view, the room view if you're getting a non-steet view is a joke they widows actually opens on a wall, i though when u see radisson name on a building means something when it comes to room quality but I guess it's not that case in this hotel. It should be a 2 stars hotel in my opinion.

Very nice hotel and it is in the middle of the Main Street in the city. I love it and the people here are very cooperative
