The Royal Decree was issued to establish the Faculty of Economics and Administration on 12/12/1401 AH, in support of the leadership role assumed by university work in the field of science and knowledge, and in recognition of the importance of the Qassim region in achieving the Kingdom's economic goals. The college received its first batch of students at the beginning of the academic year 1402/1403 AH. Then, with the grace of God Almighty, the college settled in its permanent location in the university city, which is located in Al-Mulaida near Al-Qassim Airport, west of Buraidah. 1415 H. With the continuous increase in female secondary school graduates in the Qassim region, and in line with the scientific renaissance and economic prosperity of the Kingdom and in response to the desire of officials and citizens in the Qassim region, the female students ’section was opened in the college in the first semester of the academic year 1406/1407 AH, then the female section also moved to a separate building In the university city of Al-Melidah at the beginning of the second semester of the academic year 1414/1415 AH. In the year 1428 AH, a noble royal decree was issued to establish the College of Business to receive the female students ’department in a private college within the colleges of Qassim University.

The College of Economics and Administration, Qassim University A distinguished college whose vision is to excel in the field of effective academic research based on society in the business environment and as a confirmation of achieving sustainable local development. We at the Faculty of Economics and Administration are working to achieve our vision by providing effective education that is driven by the needs of the market in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and to find distinctive research and an environment of activities with community services, all for the sake of achieving a local knowledge-based community. Students at the Faculty of Economics and Management receive a distinguished reality-related education in the field of management. The curriculum system at the Faculty of Economics and Management integrates basic business skills with principles of ethics and responsibility. The programs offered by the college are able to interact with changes in the field of knowledge and the business environment. The college was established in 1982 to provide an outstanding quality of management education. The number of credit hours for graduation is 129 hours in the four faculties of the college, which include: the Accounting Department, the Business Administration Department, the Economics and Finance Department, the Management Information Systems Management and Production Management Department There are about 2000 students currently enrolled in the Faculty of Economics and Management at the undergraduate and graduate levels. Over the past year, more than 150 male and female students from the Faculty of Economics and Administration graduated from the undergraduate and graduate levels. The College of Economics and Management is located in the Qaseem University in the center of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and it is one of the major public universities. The College of Economics and Management is accredited at the national level in its translation of academic references in the fields of accounting, business administration, economics, finance, management information systems, and production management.
