peace upon you .. There are several problems: 1- The call center is very bad by giving answers to the caller .. hesitation .. confusion .. (she tells you what about it .. then after it you come back and say you no what it is .. then after it she tells you what it is) !!! It gives a bad impression about the center + from the voice and dialect, which is clearly not Saudi !!! And this I think is banned from the Ministry of Labor 2- He tells you that you must pay, then they book an appointment for you !! And this cannot be done anywhere .. To book an appointment you must pay .. As a tip if you want to win free appointments with the opening of the file 2- As for the prices, I think they are fairly good .. I have not tried the service yet thank you
