Very friendly staff, very welcoming. Room was neat and clean. No real importance or advantage of being a honors member. As a matter of fact booking.com had competitors at similar prices offering complementary breakfast.

It’s a 5 stars hotel but i’d give it a 4. Advantages: it’s very close the mosque, good spaced and clean room. Disadvantages: they don’t clean the room unless you call and ask for it which is annoying, and they take long time to respond !! Breakfast buffet was average, the hot beverages provided were tea and nestle coffee only, and they were warm not hot! It was a very crowded dining hall during the weekend days, so you may wait until you get provided with eating utensils and napkins.

Excellent hotel nice location friendly staff. Very clean. Room space good. Coffee machine excellent. Toilet good. Safety box.nice view. Close to the mosque. Parking available.

The hotel is very clean and all the staff from the housekeeping team, restaurant and the reception were very cooperative and helpful, I would definitely return back to them one day
