Amazing location, had a few issues in my room and had to ask staff a few times over 3 days to get one issue fixed. Other than this very nice hotel. Amazing views and lovely rooms

Location is great. Rooms are a bit dated and tired looking And dark. . Problems with the lights, 1 switch for all the lights so if you wanted a shower and other people sleeping then all lights needed to be on. Complained and was told that’s what hotels are like. Breakfast buffet was nice.

Really great hotel. It's right next to Masjid An Nabawi, less than a 5 min walk. The rooms were really spacious and the bathroom was really clean and modern. You can see the masjid from your window (depending on which side your room is on). Its also right next to the dates market. The room service wasn't that great, took a while and the food was a bit cold when it arrived. Overall the hotel was great for the price.
