This hotel is not worth staying based on my experience as an Ambassador BonVoy & lifetime Titanium member. Staff is poorly trained & not able to provide basic information. Elevators are not adequate to provide service to all guests. Quality of rooms is very poor. We had a junior suite & studio for family of 5. Bathrooms are old and furniture is dirty. Restaurant is small without adequate seating. The quality of food is very poor. The distance is not bad but not close either. Shuttle service is not they it is advertised. Staff is very poorly trained.

One Star Hotel Mentioned Plate by Govt of Madinah. Very Old and Cheap Rooms. Old furniture. No Tissues in room. Staff is trained. No microwave Nothing even in comparison of Two Star Hotels.

Amazing experience. The rooms are spacious and feels royal. It is just a 3 minute walk to masjid ghumama. We stayed for a week, the staff is nice. We booked a haram view room and it was spectacular. They have a shuttle service too but it just takes you around the other street. Good nice place, go to the market behind the road and you will find good deals.
