Too near from haram, very nice service, tidy and clean, there food is delicious, but the only problem is there rooms are small

Hotel is new and neat. 10 minutes walk from Haram Gate no. 7

Rooms are clean. But parking space is very small so its a very low probability of getting free parking. Hotel has arrangements of driver and a car to assist you toward free parking area. Hotel staff and manager is very cooperative. Booked through booking.com, room for improvement but overall good Hotel 👍

We came in the early morning after long trip by car we were tired & sleepy . After 2 hours , There was an electrical failure! The air conditioner and the lights no longer worked, we could not sleep in the very hot weather. Because the exhaust fan in the bathroom turned off, the smell became unbearable🤮 It was a bad experience even though the room was nice and clean
