I loved it. Nice decoration and welcoming staff. The receptionist was very helpful and treated us with hospitality. Coffee, food and drinks were available and it has good quality. Clean bathrooms. Many thanks to miss Alhathlol for her nice reception and welcoming

I was in Wellcome Lounge today. I had ordered once and then went back for some dessert, and the server told me that I needed to order at once because it was busy. I told him that I will order as many times as I want. Is there a problem. He didn't say anything. I ended up complaining at the front desk. Totally ruined the experience for me. You are charging customers 105 SAR per person and then have your servers tell something like that to customers, which is totally unacceptable.

Awesome waiting area, starting from receptionist, she is a friendly and professional staff, the quality of food is good, i love the place.

Lounge is good but beware they will charge your credit card 32 $ even if its free as per lounge key

Amazing and quite lounge. However the food serving should be self because it sometimes weirds out the people asking for more
