The travel experience was very beautiful, but we hope that travelers respect the place and take care of its cleanliness because it is considered a pride for all Muslims because it connects two holy cities, Mecca and Medina

It is in international standard, well maintained but need more canteen and coffee shop. Advise for passengers to carry water and snacks with them train pantry staffs will not give you the service in your compartment, you have to go and get the eatables from the canteen which will be located after 6 to 7 compartment from your compartment. Very slow sales service in pantry car you will have to wait long time for your turn.

Wonderful experience.. The restaurants should be opened too to get some real entertainment. The hospitality was amazing. The same goes for amenities.

This place is so beautiful that it feels like you are in a movie scene. Train facilities are just world class.

Amazing service. But they have a major issue with bag sizes. They apparently don't allow large size bags and ask to send it via Saudi post at the counter who confirms that they'll deliver to the hotel but that's a lie. Carry cabin or mid size bags. They are partial who they allow the bag. We saw others with large sized bags allowed.
