Service is always on par. Ordered chicken mandy, which was very delicious. Almost tried everything on their menu. Grilled, boneless chicken was very good, Kabsa, either with camel or chicken is also quite tasty. You can never go wrong with this place.

OMG , its now my most fav , kabsa al baadia chicken and hashi both are the best and the boneless chicken bbq with rice is just amazing , salad is not upto the mark but other then that service taste price and everything is just great , i would prefer chicken rather then meat in this branch because ive tried both and chicken bbq with rice and kabsa al badia is the best option that you can have , whenever i have guests i bring them here and they all love the taste , recommended 100% . They already have several branches in madinah and i wish they open more .

Pathetic customer and delivery service. I live behind the restauraunt and placed an order. I was told it would take 20-30 mins. It has now been almost one hour and a half and I have not recieved my order and the customer service are of no help. Appauling service for the fact I live a one minute drive away from the restaurant. If I could give them 0 out of 5 I would but the least I can give is 1 which they dont deserve.
