Proximity to the Prophet's Mosque makes this hotel my first choice. Moreover, staff is very cordial and rooms are decently equipped with necessary amenities. Disappointed with the breakfast though, as it was made from frozen off the the shelf items. They need to improve the quality of food in general.

One of the best hotels around here. Staff are friendly. View from the room is awesome. Room is clean and spacious. They maintain a good SOP during covid19. This is my third stay here. 😊

Very dated and not that clean. I fail to see how this is a five star. Buffet breakfast was average at best. I would not personally recommend this and say look for something newer near by. Only plus point is that staff are pleasant and helpful.

Good place but very slow check in process. They didn't let me check in a bit early cause apparently the check in time here is 5 pm! Everything else is fine and close to the corner of Haram
