Hotel is close to Masjid Al Nabwi. Easy access to Great Mosque. Definitely not a 4 Star Hotel. Small and cramped rooms. Not enough room to walk around. Can't even get a wheelchair into the room. Beds were smaller then twin beds. Tall person like me can't sleep on it. I had to use chair and stack luggage on top to sleep. Asked front desk to change room first after waiting a whole day asked them change the bed. Same no help what so ever. Elevators were also small. Can't have more then 2-3 people at a time. Also asked for wheelchair access rooms still didn't get help. Dirty and Stained Carpet. House keeping not existing. Will not recommend to anyone to stay at this Place. Pick a different Hotel.

Hard to believe it’s Golden Tulip, possibly worst hotel I ever been. The only good thing about this place is it’s location, front of gate 5c and that’s all. Checkin process took ages and every time they asked us to come after half an hour. Finally it’s done around 6:00PM (we arrived in Medina around 2:00PM). Room was super small for three person, lacks basic necessities such as cleaning, Shower Gel, Bath Mat, Toilet roll etc. I wasted so much time in requesting stuff and visiting reception area, they simply don’t care and don’t bother even to hear. Rooms are small, filthy carpet, noisy, reception area is like local train station with people sitting and sleeping all the time. Service at reception is almost scarce hardly you find people there. I have no idea how they are using the name Golden Tulip? Not recommended this hotel at all.

I haven't spent much time in tulip but it's actually good hotel

I would rate this 0 stars if possible, the first of many issues was the absolutely disgusting carpet which was not cleaned even after we asked. We had asked to transfer to another room but the carpet was just as bad. The Wi-Fi was so bad there might aswell not have been any, kept disconnecting and extremely slow. The AC was too loud and didn't allow you to sleep of kept on during the night. Overall a terrible experience and the worst hotel I've ever been in.
