I did a reservation through rental car when I arrived on the same exact time their office was closed and no body there.Waitedfir 30 min with no sign that somebody is coming.I rented a car from another company with higher price . Then I have to reclaim my rental waiting time and money Advise do not a deal with company does not respect commitment specially in airport where is the function should be 24/7

Very bad experience. There is nothing less than a star otherwise I would have given them. Although there is a confirmed reservation, the employee stated that there was no reservation and offered me an older car (2017) at a more expensive price (this may be their policy). Inappropriate employee treatment, and I suggest to the company to introduce its employees in many training programs in the field of customer services, good word, deal and conduct. May God help someone who thinks about dealing with you.
