After using the rental vehicle for a day I noted the copy of the vehicle insurance was missing from the glove compartment. I went to the local Budget office in Medinah asked the representative if he could get / print a copy of the insurance for the vehicle which he was not able. He said he would have it emailed to me and I am still waiting....

Don't come to this Budget!!! Their cars are old and worn out and their office is a mess. The staff is very crocky and always on their phone and never doing any work. Also they treat you like they are doing you a favor renting out the car at a expensive rate. WHATEVER you do do not come here!!!! Go to the other budget in QURBAN street.
