Assalam u Alaikum, I'm really disappointed by the service in medina . since 1 month I'm calling medina branch no one responding to a call . I visited 4 times in a month shop is close . when I see in google maps its showing open & giving open & closing timings. when i visit it close ? thanks to update your things in google maps . I hope you understood the feeling of customer ? thanks to update me

Good design and reasonable price But they don't have 21 carat jewelry Only 22 carat or 18 carat

In this store you don't know the true price of gold and diamonds ,, they have a tag, but, the arab worker offered me one price, I wanted to negotiate a better price, so I was asking for a manager, who is Indian guy,very rude,unpolite, and who even asked me for more money,for the same set .When I said that his employee offered me a lower price, he called the employee and in front of everyone, shouted yell at him, ignoring me and other customers, I just turned and left .... Totally Unprofessional and unfriendly ....

Various model for gold and jewellery here, malabar store are spreading across asian, from malaysia to medina, I bought a beautiful gold bracelet here, I think they have to display its weight and daily price to create better customer experience, because its really time consuming when my wife ask a many many item's price to compare, overall their jewellery is perfect and the customer service has excellent.
