I stayed for 10 days in this hotel on 2019 when haji season. Very good hotel, near to Masjidil Nabawi, near Gate 7 to cheap shopping, healt centre, shopping mall, easy to get transport to Masjidil Quba, etc. In Syaa Allah when we are visit to Haromain, I will recommed this hotel to travel companies.

This is was the worst experience ever I’ve had in my whole life with the hotels. If there’s a Zero rate I will for sure give it! I don’t know who’s give them 5 stars and for what!! The reception employees were not cooperative at all. As well as the room service was too bad. When we arrived the room was dirty at all attached some pictures. We stayed for three days and no one showed up to clean our room; we called many times and ask for cleaning and unfortunately no one showed up!! I really regret the moment that I have reserved at this hotel; one positive thing I will mention is the location that’s all!

In all honesty, you cannot go wrong for the price. Location is Green Dome side and it lives up to its three stars. Comfy, welcoming and most importantly in Madina!
